Frequently Asked Questions...
Will all of my items be shipped together? TOP
We drop ship many items directly from the manufacturer to you, ensuring you the quickest and least expensive delivery possible. For this reason, you may receive your order in several shipments, especially if the items ordered are from different manufacturers. But no matter how many manufacturers you use, you only pay for shipping one time at check-out. How long will my order take? TOP
Turnaround time depends on the following factors:
- whether a proof is involved
- production time based on manufacturer
- where the order is shipping from and to
If you will be viewing a proof, please expect to receive it via email within a day or two. Your order is considered “in production” when one of the following occurs:
- an order is placed by you (with no request for a proof, or a proof is not offered)
- your proof approval is received (on orders where a proof was requested)
How do I submit a photo to you to be included in my card? TOP
Please send your digital file and order number to info@cordiallee.com or click here to learn more about submitting the perfect photo. Remember that the quality of the finished product will greatly depend on the quality of your photograph. A proof is required on all orders that include photos. Please note that all Cordial Lee vendors reserve the right to reject a photo for quality or copyright concerns.
Permission Statement: Regardless of manufacturer, your photo submission implies that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright holder or owner to reproduce the image, and that reproduction will not violate the rights of any other person. Neither Cordial Lee nor its manufacturers will be held legally liable for photo-related issues. What are your quantity options? TOP
Each product page displays the quantity options for that particular product. (From the thumbnail page, be sure to click on “View Details” to see the list of quantity and pricing options.) Unfortunately, lower quantities than listed are not an option. For instance, if the list of quantities and prices starts at 25, then we cannot provide only 20. Also, quantities in between the increments shown are not an option. For instance, if the list displays increments of 25, then 30 is not an option. How many extra invitations or announcements should I order? TOP
This is entirely up to you, but it is a common mistake for clients to run short due to an address list that unexpectedly grew! It will be far less expensive to bump up your quantity during your initial order than to place a separate order for the lowest quantity offered. (And don't forget to include some extras for keepsakes.) I found my invitation/announcement, but need wording ideas. TOP
If you need some advice regarding etiquette or assistance with wording, we can help! In fact, we are more than happy to help with selecting just the right invitation, typestyle, ink color, etc. You may also include any questions or your request for advice when placing your order, and we will be in touch!
