Non-Personalized Items:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item. Please notify us of your return request within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 5 business days, unused and in the original packaging, in order to exchange the item or receive a refund. All shipping charges for returns and any replacement item(s) shipped will be your responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your protection, on return shipments, please use a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or not delivered to us.
Personalized Items:
Personalized and custom items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please be certain of wording, spelling, colors, fonts, measurements, sizing, and all other important information prior to placing your order. Please follow the personalization instructions for an item and CAREFULLY check and re-check your order before submitting it.
Although an item may be personalized with initials only, we strongly recommend entering the person’s full name to ensure the correct placement of initials. For example, if you are buying a gift for a woman, Kelly Marie Davis, her monogram would be KDM, with the middle letter always representing her last name. For a man, Dean William Johns, the initials stay in order and would appear as DWJ.
How are errors handled?
Generally, orders with errors made by the manufacturer will be reprinted at no charge and shipped as soon as possible. Orders that include an error made by the customer will be reprinted at a discounted rate and processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will apply. An error made by the customer includes the following situations:
- text originally submitted with an error
- an option incorrectly chosen on the online order form
- an error overlooked on a proof (regardless of submitted text)
Each manufacturer has a separate policy, so please contact us to discuss your particular situation. Should an error occur, we will do our best to correct the situation!
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, items may be on back-order, out of stock, or even discontinued by the manufacturer. Although they try their best to keep us informed, it may happen without our knowing. At that time, full refunds will be offered for any item that is unavailable at the time of your order.
Clearance & Sample Sale Items:
All Sales are Final. Clearance and Sample Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
