For your convenience, our shipping charges are based on the total of your purchase. Although our checkout system will automatically calculate your shipping, we understand that many customers feel comfortable knowing exactly what shipping is before they start to order. Please refer to our shipping chart to find out exactly what your costs will be.
Multiple Shipments:
Because most of our items are not housed in-studio, but come from different manufacturers and designers, your delivery may come in several shipments and at several different times. Shipping times will vary due to manufacturer locations and carrier methods. We are bound by the policies of each vendor first and foremost. Shipping Time:
Rush Orders Rush orders are available. If you need your order shipped sooner than our normal processing times, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order. However, we cannot change an order to rush status once it has been placed. If the item has already been ordered with the manufacturer, we cannot refund the purchase due to delivery issues. Order Tracking At any time, you may log into our website to view your order status and receive your tracking number via our automated Order Tracking system.
